The wrestler had previously attempted to file a police report in Florida but local police couldn't help him because the tape was recorded in 2006, the four-year statute of limitations had expired on the offense of unlawfully recording Hulk without his permission.
And because distributing the illegal footage to the media had crossed state lines, so it's a federal responsibility not a local one.
Abegi!!! He should realise that his time has passed. Who knows, maybe he even leaked the tape himself. After all, any publicity is good publicity.
