Hot & Spicy Green Sauce

Nothing warms the belly and put a smile on the next man's face than a good home cooked meal. And nothing cheers the spirit than a hot tasty meal these rainy days.

I am hoping this recipe will bring you sunlight when you try it out.

 Ingredients:
1. Green or slightly ripe tomatoes-7
2. Large Green peppers-3
3. Green hot peppers or yellow peppers-More or less(The hotter the better) I would use 7 bells.
4. Maggi Crayfish-3
5. Water

6. Onions-2 large bulbs
7. Vegetable oil-Enough to deep fry beef
8. Palmoil-7cooking spoons
9. Beef-12 medium cuts or more
10. Crayfish-1 cooking spoon

How To:
1. Place beef cuts in a pot. Crush in 2 Maggi. Add some water to cover it half way and allow to cook.
2.  Take beef out of its juice whn it is done and set aside.
3. Pour the beef juice into a blender. Add all the pepper, crayfish, 1 bulb of onions and  tomatoes. Blend till it is roughly smooth.
4. Deep fry beef in hot vegetable oil until crispy and hard but not burnt.
5. Put another pot on heat. Add palmoil and allow to get very hot. Bleached.
6. Add the tomato mix and stir continuously for a minute. Add the third Maggi if the taste is not good enough. No salt. Cover and allow to fry for 10 minutes.
7. Add the beef cuts and all the chopped bulb of the second onion. Cover and allow to fry for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with slightly salted boiled rice.
