How To Boil That Chicken!

Chicken Cuts-10 pieces

Maggi Chicken-3 cubes
Salt-1 teaspoon
Garlic/Ginger paste-1 tablespoon
Onions-1 bulb
Yellow Pepper Paste-2 tablespoon
Curry-2 tablespoons

1. Place your chicken cuts in a pot. Add the Maggi, Salt, Garlic/Ginger paste and Yellow pepper paste in the pot. Mix together. Add a bit of water and leave alone marinate for an hour or less.

2. Heat up the pot and allow to boil. Layer the top with curry and diced onions.

3. Cook for twenty minutes.

ProTip: Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and store in rubber containers inside a fridge if you want to save them for some garri soaking!

Or you can make some hot chicken sauce from it by reducing 3/4 of the hot oil when your frying is almost done. Add chopped tomatoes, some more yellow pepper paste, crayfish powder, thinly chopped green peppers and more onions. Add the chicken stock and allow to cook. Taste. Adjust and you have a pot of spicy goodness!
