Take It Easy Pasta!!

Ingredients;
Spaghetti-3/4 pack
Fresh Tomatoes-5
Tomato puree-1 satchet
Fresh red or yellow bell peppers-10 or more(I'll use 14 for red and 7 for yellow)
Tatashe-2
Onions-2 medium bulbs
Maggi Chicken cubes-3
Vegetable oil-3 cooking spoons
Crayfish powder-2 cooking spoons
Water
Fried Chicken- It could be home fried, KFC or Aboki Suya-The more pieces the merrier! I already had my chicken home made and refrigerated for cold garri days like this.

How To:

1. Blend 1 onion, tomatoes, crayfish, tatashe, bell peppers into a rough paste.
2. Set a pot ablaze on heat. Add cooking oil. Allow to heat up.
3. Add the blended tomato mix. Add satchet tomato.
4. Allow to fry very well.
5. Add 3 cups of water and 3 cubes of Maggi. No salt.
6. Add the spaghetti. Do not break it in half. Allow the bottom end to doodle soften until you are able to cover the pot.
7. Allow to cook. Note, if the food burns slightly on the bottom. It'll give the pasta a nice smoky taste. Do not fret. You can add some more water if you think the pasta is undone and is becoming dry.
8. Add the last batch of chopped onions. This will give it a nice taste, aroma and crunch. Cover for a few minutes, stir and serve.

Pro Tip: To add more drama to your meal. Toss in fresh jumbo prawns, thinly chopped or sliced green  peppers and carrots at step 8. Allow to cook a little longer.

I like my pasta sloppy, wet and hot. Serve with your chicken! Yum!
